Princeton Concert Itinerary

 

2:00 PM - Bus(es) for Band members depart North Wall located at 800 Monmouth Blvd, Wall Township, NJ 07719 (Brookdale Communiversity Wall Campus)

3:00 PM - Arrive Princeton University whether taking bus or providing your own transportation - Unload instruments and music (Music stand will be provided by PU.)

3:30 PM - Rehearsal in Richardson auditorium

4:15 PM - Rehearsal with David in the auditorium.

5:00 PM - Dinner for Band members at the Nassau Presbyterian Church - which is right next to Alexander Hall/Richardson Auditorium.

5:00 PM - Bus for patrons leave North Wall. (Patron Bus Information)

6:15 PM - Doors open for patrons to enter the Auditorium

7:00 PM - Concert begins (There will be a short intermission between sections of the performance.)

8:30 PM - Concert Ends

9:00 PM - Bus(es) depart for North Wall.

10:00 PM - Arrive in North Wall

 

Details:

1) There are no dressing rooms available, so you must wear your concert dress for the day.

2) As stated above, music stands will be provided by Princeton University, therefore no need to take one with you.

3) Richardson Hall is located in the northwestern quadrant of the campus at 68 Nassau Street
Princeton, NJ 08544 (directions).  Across the street from Nassau Church you will find the downtown area of Princeton.  Parking can be found in this downtown area with a short walk to the venue and is your responsibility.

4) Bring only essential valuables and keep them with you. Richardson Hall does not provide security for personal items. 

5) ****Band members who do not take the bus from North Wall MUST INFORM Barbara Platt BY APRIL 9.****  

6) For those taking the bus(es), please ride the same bus home that you came to PU so that an accurate count of personnel may take place.

7) If you plan on taking the bus to PU, but are not taking it back home, you must also inform Barbara about this change by April 9.
