Hazardous Weather Cancellation Policy

In order to protect the safety of our patrons and band members, concerts and rehearsals are usually cancelled when there is hazardous weather such as sleet and snow.
Once a rehearsal or performance is cancelled, which usually happens many hours before the event, e-mail is sent to band members for rehearsal cancellations and to band members and patrons for concert cancellations. The band's website home page along with our schedule pages will also be updated. A message will be posted on the band's Facebook page. A tweet will be broadcast on the band's Twitter page.
