For most rehearsals, the band meets on Tuesday evenings from 7 PM to 9 PM at The Margaret L. Vetter School on Grant Avenue in Eatontown, NJ when school is in session.

Rehearsals for the 2012 fall/winter concert start[ed] in early September and last until the final fall/winter concert.

Rehearsals are mostly on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 PM (SHARP) until 9:00 PM. Important dates or exceptions are in bold below.

• January 8, 2013 - Board Meeting for board members. 7:00PM at Bast Residence - 28 Princeton Ave, Neptune.
• January 15, 2013 First Rehearsal for Spring 2010 Season at Margaret L. Vetter School.
• January 22, 29, 2013 - Rehearsal in Eatontown.
• February 5, 12, 19, 26, 2013 - Rehearsal in Eatontown.
• March 5, 2013 - Rehearsal in Eatontown.
• March 12, 2013 - No Rehearsal.
• March 19, 2013 - Rehearsal in Eatontown with guest soloist.
• March 26, 2013 - Rehearsal in Eatontown.
• April 2, 2013 - No Rehearsal. Schools closed for spring break.
• April 9, 16, 2013 - Rehearsal in Eatontown.Ad money/forms are due
• April 23, 2013 - No Rehearsal. Concert at Seabrook Village in Tinton Falls. Please be there at 7:00 for warm up. See the Concert Schedule.
• April 30, 2013 - No Rehearsal. Concert at Reformation Lutheran in West Long Branch. Please be there at 7:00 PM for warm up. See the Concert Schedule.
• May 7, 2013 - Rehearsal in Eatontown with guest soloist. Last day for dinner reservation.
• May 10, 2013 (FRIDAY EVENING)- Final Concert at Wall High School in Wall. Please be there at 7:30 PM for warm up. See the Concert Schedule.
• May 14, 2013 - Traditionally the Close of Season Get-Together (traditionally the first Tuesday after the final concert). To be held at the Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune. Last day to order CD.
